- Non-Intrusive Monitoring: Utilizing non-intrusive sonar metering technology, APEX installed meters at each customer satellite facility. This setup allowed for real-time analysis of separator flow conditions, troubleshooting, and root cause identification without disrupting production.
- Enhanced Separation: The engineered process solution provided optimal control and enhanced separation efficiency, helping the customer achieve increased production across multiple sites.
- 24/7 Remote Analysis: Implementation of real-time data monitoring significantly improved production efficiency and productivity by enabling continuous, 24/7 remote analysis of flow parameters.
