The Apex Indirect Gas Fired Heater is engineered for safe, efficient, and reliable performance in onshore and offshore oil & gas operations. It features the HBB Inline Fuel Train & PF2100 BMS (Burner Management System). The HBB Inline Fuel Train is designed for on/off applications and arrives onsite preassembled, with double-block, inline gas-rated 6.5 C/I approved shutdown solenoids and a slow-opening control valve. This fuel train is designed for applications between 0 to 3.5 MMBTU where simple on/off operation is desired.
The PF2100 BMS (Burner Management System) is an advanced electronic control and monitoring system designed for use on a wide variety of natural draft burner industrial applications up to 12.5MM BTU/h. Hinged and clamped, or two-piece flame arrestors, provide superior protection for the flame cell, particularly during maintenance activities. This design not only simplifies future maintenance tasks but also enables the lifting of heavy components while ensuring the safety of the cell.
Robust, field-proven, and safety-focused, the Apex heater solution ensures seamless integration into well testing and production applications.
The Apex heater combines rugged construction, integrated safety systems, and flexible application to deliver reliable heat management in both onshore and offshore settings.
Note: Designed and manufactured to ANSI B31.3, API 6A, API 12K, NACE MR0175 (H2S).Other sizes and configurations are available to meet most applications. For more information, contact your local Apex Petroleum Services representative.
