Diverter Manifolds are used to redirect the well fluids/ gases produced during well testing operations. They are used to divert gas flow from equipment to flare booms, oil from equipment to burner heads, air from compressors to burner heads, etc.Gas and oil diverters of this type are comprised of five basic elements. Firstly, the inlet tee, secondly, a pair of ball valves, and finally, two outlet flange adapters for reconnection to the process pipework. When used in conjunction with Apex Petroleum Services process piping packages, these units provide selective line choice with minimum restrictions.
Meets requirements of NACE MR0175. Temperature rating °F: (-20 to 250) or (-20 to 350)Designed and manufactured to ANSI B31.3 and NACE MR-10-75 (H2S) for all diverters. Units rated at 5,000 psi also comply with API 6A.Transportation skid included.Other sizes, configurations, and pressure ratings are available to meet most applications. These ratings are guidelines only. For more information, contact your local Apex Petroleum Services representative.
Key features
- Use of multiple units allows flexibility in the system

The Apex Petroleum Services Flexible Armored Hose is generally used for 5000, 10,000 psi, and 15,000 psi applications to replace hard piping where any expansion in the work string and movement may occur.

Data Header
The Data Header is a piping component with several ports along or around its length that provide access to the flow stream for sampling, monitoring of pressure and temperature, sand/silt monitoring, and chemical injection.
